Welcome to Capstone Simulations Newsletter by me, Badri Narayanan. I am a Finance professional with 25 years of experience in finance and investment management. I am also the founder of an innovative virtual personalized finance lab, www.equitylevers.com.

Our mission is to provide a virtual personalized finance lab with host of essential and special use simulations to enable "learning by doing".  We think this will help in better skill development and is a logical next step to current text book and video based learning. We are in use at leading Indian business schools like IIM’s and ISB.

The upcoming series of newsletters will provide an indepth look into ecah of our simulations and how they can enhance teaching and learning experience. We will share updates from leading professors in using our simulations and our joint experiences with students.

We use excel and live data to build the simulations. Each simulation is built with inputs from practitioners and leading professors so that a complete work environment is created through simulations.  Currently 80 simulations are available across 10 subjects, from basic simulations suitable for beginners to advanced skill levels suitable for working professionals.  Our simulations and certifications are easy to access, scalable, self scoring enabled, self explained, and affordable.  With our online simulations and certifications, students and candidates can be provided with a personalized training (learn by doing) schedule.

Introduced in 2019, we now have 15000 users. More than 25 leading colleges have used our simulations. AICTE has issued a letter of recommendation for use in business schools.
